Continuing great stories, especially those full of historical perspective. Loved connecting with Terry Haugen last night in South’s Skybox. Quality family… Then, there’s Phil Webb. His attributes as an institutional leader for nearly 70 years is without question. So, Mark, any chance you could interview him? Yes, no more regular season home games, but maybe for a postseason? He shared a bit of his wisdom with me, but I know he has much more on his mind…

KBZY is so lucky to have Gary as part of the morning team! In addition to being a terrific on-air talent he is just an all around great guy; I've heard nothing but rave reviews from the other folks on the morning team. His profile is fascinating, what an amazing career!

This guy --Gary --is absolutely the greatest person one could possibly know or work with, he is always friendly always up and chipper. He is the bright spot in any day. To work with Gary Horowitz is pure pleasure. From 6 am to late at night he is a fun, talented, experienced journalist. Always upbeat and cheerful this is a fellow you want on your team. One could only envy his career path...

Mark, thanks for the outstanding profile of Gary Horowitz. I first met Gary when we both covered high school football in Tom Smythe's first year at McNary. He's an excellent writer and broadcaster whose passion for sports never wavers.
