Sprague grad back with NFL's Texans
Oregon State standout Teagan Quitoriano had been on injured list
The NFL’s Houston Texans have reactivated Sprague High graduate Teagan Quitoriano. The former Oregon State and Olympians tight end was taken off the physically unable to perform list on Monday.
Quitoriano was placed on the list last week for an unidentifed injury.
The Texans are in fall camp, with their first NFL preseason game slated for August 13th, when they host the New Orleans Saints.
Quitoriano was drafted by Houston in the fifth round of the NFL draft, and was the 170th overall pick.
In four seasons at OSU, Quitoriano caught 40 passes for 512 yards and six touchdowns. He left the Beaver program a year early to enter the NFL draft.
The Texans open the regular season at home against the Indianapolis Colts on September 11th.
