Growth expected for Sprague and McNary, McKay eyeing 5A post season
With Southern Oregon powers in the mix, Salem-Keizer Schools have an eye on prep football playoff berths in 2023.
Even with the likes of state-runner up Sheldon and powerful North and South Medford on the schedule, North Salem, South Salem, and West Salem are considered post season contenders in a very informal survey of coaches.
Teams are wrapping up fall camp practices this week after competing in jamborees across the Willamette Valley last Friday. Coaches expressed plenty of optimism about their teams’ potential fortunes this fall.
