Corban makes a swap at the top of its wrestling program
Acting coach Kary Hadden relinquishes the head coaching duties to associate head Nolan Harris
Corban’s highly successful men’s wrestling program is making a change in its leadership for the upcoming season.
Kary Hadden, who took over as the interim head coach last year after helping to start up the program in 2019-20, will be stepping down to take back the assistant coach title he had previously filled—while associate head coach Nolan Harris will take over as the program’s head coach for the 2023-24 season.
Hadden and Harris worked together last year to recruit one of the best Warrior teams in program history. The team reached several landmarks in both the Cascade Collegiate Conference (CCC) and the NAIA wrestling national championships. In particular, Corban wrestler David Rubio won the 165 pound weight class in the CCC tournament, then finished runner up in the NAIA tourney a month later. Three other Warrior grapplers reached the national tournament.
